Terms of Service

By using Model Exchange ("the Service", operated by Blueprint Parser) you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must provide accurate information, keep your password secure, and verify your email before buying or selling. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

Sellers are independent parties. Model Exchange is a marketplace that facilitates transactions; we do not own, create, or warrant the listed models or datasets. Sellers warrant they have the right to sell what they list. We may remove listings for any reason, including quality, safety, or legal concerns.

All sales are final. Because files are delivered digitally and immediately, we do not offer refunds except where required by law or where a seller materially misrepresented their listing (at our sole discretion). Chargebacks may result in seller payouts being frozen pending investigation.

We deduct a platform fee from each sale, currently disclosed at checkout. Sellers receive the remaining amount through Stripe Connect, less Stripe's processing fees.

You may not list or upload content that: infringes intellectual property, contains malware, violates export controls, or is otherwise illegal. We scan model files for safety and may reject uploads that fail verification. You may not attempt to reverse engineer, circumvent download limits, or resell files without the seller's permission.

Each listing specifies its own license (personal, commercial, or enterprise). You are responsible for complying with the license that applies to each file you purchase.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS". WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. Model accuracy, dataset quality, and suitability for your use case are not guaranteed.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your account for any violation of these Terms, including fraud, abuse, or non-payment.

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
