Privacy Policy

• Account: email, name, hashed password, role.
• Seller profile: display name, bio, website, Stripe Connect account ID.
• Transactions: purchases, payouts, refunds, and Stripe payment IDs.
• Operational: IP address and user agent on security-relevant events (login, purchase, admin action) for audit and fraud prevention.
• Uploaded content: model files, datasets, sample images, and descriptions you list.

• Operate the marketplace (listings, checkout, downloads).
• Prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access.
• Comply with tax and financial regulations.
• Send transactional emails (verification, receipts, disputes).

We share data with:

• Stripe (payments, Connect payouts, tax forms)
• AWS (S3 for files, RDS for database, ECS for compute)
• Email service provider (transactional email)

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share data with advertisers.

Account data is retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period after to comply with legal and tax obligations (typically 7 years for financial records).

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Contact privacy@blueprintparser.com. We will respond within 30 days.

Passwords are hashed with bcrypt. Connections use TLS. Card data is handled exclusively by Stripe — we never store card numbers.

We use session cookies (httpOnly, SameSite=Lax) for authentication. We do not use third-party analytics or advertising cookies.

The Service is not intended for anyone under 18.
